EXPRESSION: A playful and artistic activity where the participants are led/called to explore their creativity, the intra and interpersonal relationship and consequently communication, leadership and self-management skills.
AERIALS: Conducted by professional artists, the participants will experience acrobatic fabric, static trapeze and aerial hoop. Persistence and creativity will be the central themes. The trainers will adapt to the capacity and motivation of each participant.
JUGGLING: Through different funny games, the collaborators will juggle on their own, but also in pairs. Teamwork and coordination are essential!
ACROBALANCE: The participants will have to trust each other to perform acrobatic duo and trio figures (easily achievable) as well as human pyramids!
